This is to thank you and the Essendon Football Club on behalf of the Indian community for giving the opportunity to attend the match between Essendon and Port Adelaide last Saturday, 8 May 2010. We all enjoyed this close match even though the match result could have been bit better.
While there is general understanding of footy amongst Indian community, the passion needs to be kindled in them still. In that respect the opportunity you gave has gone long way and has created some genuine supporters for EFC. (My own whole family has officially started barracking for EFC already!). I hope this will also encourage our kids to take up this wonderful game.
Good luck for EFC in coming rounds of the season. You sure will see few more supporters of EFC in coming weeks passing thru the gates.
Thanks once again.
